SUNCATCHER uses LED technology that helps people regain focus when there is a lack of sunshine and natural light commonly known as the winter blues. The Plus model light therapy lamp delivers up to 10,000 LUX* of light to maintain energy and productivity lost due to disruptions in your circadian rhythm that occurs from inadequate access to natural daylight. The Plus model offers three light intensities ?10,000 LUX, 7,500 LUX and 5,000 LUX?to maximize your comfort to help regulate your light intake. Customize your sessions with the included timer by using different intensities and different times of light exposure throughout the day in your home, office or hotel. Great for travel and home use, the Plus model can be positioned on a surface or mounted on a wall for customizable light sessions. The 100 LEDs last up to 50,000 hours for silent and flicker-free light and are UV-Free!

How to use:
1. Connect the power cord to the side of the lamp.2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a working 120/240V AC outlet.3. Press the ?Timer?button to select the duration of the therapy session. Pressing the timer button will provide durations of 90, 60, 30 and 15 minutes. The display will flash showing the selected durations.4. Press the ?Intensity?button to select the light intensity for the session. Pressing the intensity button scrolls through the available intensities of 10 (10,000 Lux), 7.5 (7,500 Lux) or 5 (5,000 Lux).5. Press the ?Power?switch to turn on the lamp and start the therapy session. Pressing the power switch again will pause the session. To stop the session, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.6. Once the therapy session has started, the timer will show the time remaining. When the session is over the lamp will automatically turn off.
